We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia, facilitated by AusPost.

However, we STRONGLY recommend that you consider including insurance for items valued at 1000 AUD or above to ensure their complete protection during transit. For your convenience, we provide a flat rate of 50 AUD for all shipping that includes insurance coverage, giving you peace of mind while your precious items are on their journey to you.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your specific location and may typically take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days.

It is important to note that all orders require a signature upon delivery; we kindly request that you refrain from using a PO Box address when placing your order.

Once you place your order, we will promptly email you all the relevant details regarding your purchase. It will take approximately 2-3 business days to prepare your items for shipment.

After your order has been shipped, we will follow up by emailing you the tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor your order.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences. To ensure your satisfaction, please take the time to carefully examine all item photos and descriptions before making a purchase. Returns are not allowed if customers fail to read the description before purchasing.

Many of our items are pre-owned and vintage, making them delicate. We cannot accept returns for damages caused by mishandling after purchase.

Our return policy is 7 days from delivery. Returns are only accepted for major faults not stated on the website. Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any issues. To initiate a return, reach out to customer service within 7 days.
